Our Delegate has been seeking all members' and groups' feedback on a number of Conference issues.

The deadline for responses was April 19, 2008.

The Area 5 Delegate will be giving his conference report at the Area Assembly on May 18.

He will also be giving his report at District GSR meetings. DCMs and DCMCs should contact the Delegate to confirm that time will be available.

The Conference Questionnaires for 2008 were:
Question 1: Should we develop a Finance workbook kit?
Question 2: Should we initiate serious discussion complete with a procedure for gathering fellowship input the goal being of the General Service Office of Alcoholics Anonymous to become fully self-supported by the fellowship?
Question 3: Should we discontinue including a section in The Grapevine and La Viña on the medical, legal and social aspects of alcoholism?
Question 4: Should the Archives committee be established as a standing committee?
Question 5: Are our local P.I. committees supportive of optimizing this expenditure by identifying and offering our P.S.A.s to local stations not utilizing them?
Question 6: Should we automatically replace P.S.A.s when they become four years old?
Question 7: Should A.A.W.S. produce a poster targeting young people?
Question 8: Should AAWS create a new section in the directories titled “Online Intergroups”?
Question 9: Should the pamphlet Bridging the Gap be rewritten to include both Treatment Facilities and Corrections service work?
